As a Xolo Italy user, I’d like to share and verify with you some anomalies I’m experiencing on the Italian platform:
- I’m having an issue when adding new clients: while filling out the client details, the dropdown menu for selecting the province is completely empty. This blocks the entire process because the system requires the province as a mandatory field. The problem occurs both when accessing through the ‘Clients’ section and when using the quick ‘Create New Client’ button during invoice generation.
- I’ve also noticed another oddity: after opening a support ticket for this issue, the ticket confirmation was sent to my certified email address (PEC - Posta Elettronica Certificata) instead of my regular email address.
Are other Xolo Italy users experiencing these issues? Specifically:
- Can you view and select provinces when creating a new client?
- Have you received ticket notifications on your certified email instead of your regular email?
