Xolo system wrongly identify a debit from Stripe and now I have potential tax to pay of almost €1,300.
Been exchanging emails with my representative for several days now, but it seems to not understand the problem.
Sent email yesterday morning explaining with great detail the situation, got no reply until now, 30 hours later. Sent a new email today morning and still no reply, 8h have past.
The situation is very easy to verify, just by checking the balance. Cannot have been such a big debit movement if the balance has kept the same.
Need a way to contact someone with higher other than support@xolo.com because I’m not getting any response and the end of the month is approaching.
